Are you missing out on the greatest marketing offer in the last 15 years?

In response to COVID-19, RealEstate.com.au is running a heck of a promotion right now where they guarantee that ANY upgraded listing (be it a sale or rental) that hasn’t filled by the conclusion of the upgrade term, can be re-upgraded again, absolutely free.

I sent a mass email out about this to all of our managers a couple of weeks ago and so far, maybe 2 managers, have taken advantage of this offer. Which I find astonishing! It’s literally completely free, and instant. All you have to do is say the word. We upgrade hundreds of listings per month for managers, so for only 2-3% of these to remain unfilled, after a global catastrophe such as COVID-19, is extremely comforting… but I think the more likely outcome is managers have simply not read the email. I get it, you’re busy… Unit 9 has locked herself out again, Unit 43 is storing his boat in the visitor car park and you’ve got a ceiling leak in Unit 92. But this is literally FREE MARKETING!!! It’s the best offer I have ever seen from REA in 15 years of doing business with them. So am putting this blog post out there as well:

IF YOU UPGRADED A LISTING IN THE LAST 45 DAYS AND IT’S STILL AVAILABLE, SEND ME THE ID BY EMAIL AND I’LL REBOOK IT FOR YOU, FOR FREE, COURTESY OF REALESTATE.COM.AU.

Let’s get those empty units filled, let’s get through this pandemic together and relieve some stress off your owners and yourself.

PS: In response to all the questions I know I will instantly get from managers “how do I upgrade a listing in the first place?” Here’s a video about how you upgrade a listing in the first place:

  1. Thank you for the reminder Nick. Fortunately most of mine have been leased within the 30 days. I will be in touch shortly to check on one that is still listed if it hasn’t filled.

    Cheers

To be honest, that’s an even better outcome. It’s great to hear that even in the midst of this crisis, it’s business-as-usual for a lot of complexes :).
